This policy explains how D3PLOY (a trading name of Savic Engineering Pty Ltd, ABN 91 601 984 954, Perth, Western Australia) ("D3PLOY", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through www.d3ploy.org, our chat assistant, our lead forms and our advertising. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What we collect
- Contact and lead forms. When you contact us, book a conversation, or submit a lead form (including Meta and Google lead forms shown in ads), we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name and the message or answers you submit. Our Bottleneck Audit form also records how you reached the site: campaign tags (UTM parameters) and Google or Meta click IDs.
- Chat assistant. The D3PLOY Assistant on this site receives the messages you type and the page you are on. If you choose to share your email address (and optionally your name and topic), we store it together with the conversation transcript so Dennis can follow up. Your conversation is kept in your browser's session storage only until you close the tab.
- Google Analytics. If enabled, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site, such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived. It uses cookies and similar identifiers.
- Google Ads. The Google tag on this site records visits and actions (for example clicking "Book a conversation") so we can measure our ads and show our ads to people who have visited the site.
- Meta pixel. If enabled, the Meta pixel records visits and actions on this site so we can measure and target ads on Facebook and Instagram.
- Emails and calls. If you email hello@d3ploy.org or speak with us, we keep the correspondence and any details you provide.
We don't ask for sensitive information (such as health, financial account or government identifier details) through this site. Please don't send it to us.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange a conversation and provide our services.
- To follow up on a lead you have given us, including by email or phone.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it.
- To measure our advertising and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site or interacted with our ads.
- To meet our legal obligations and keep our systems secure.
We don't sell your personal information. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run the site and our business. They handle personal information on our behalf:
- Supabase (database hosting) stores chat leads, transcripts and form submissions.
- Anthropic (AI model provider) processes chat messages to generate the assistant's replies.
- Resend and Google Workspace (email delivery) send lead notifications to our team and, for some forms, a confirmation email to you.
- Microsoft (Outlook) and Google Workspace (email) receive the lead notifications and the emails you send us.
- Render (website hosting) serves this site.
- Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (pixel and lead forms) receive usage and advertising data, which they also handle under their own privacy policies.
- Superhuman (calendar booking) receives the details you enter when booking a conversation.
Some of these providers store or process data outside Australia, including in the United States. Where we disclose personal information overseas we take reasonable steps, in line with APP 8, to make sure it is handled consistently with the APPs.
How we store it and for how long
Personal information is stored with the providers listed above, which use encryption in transit and access controls. Within D3PLOY, access is limited to the people who need it to respond to you.
- Leads, enquiries and chat transcripts: kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted, unless you become a client.
- Client records: kept for as long as we work together and then for up to 7 years to meet tax and legal record keeping obligations.
- Analytics and advertising data: kept by Google and Meta according to their retention settings. Our Google Analytics data retention setting is 14 months.
When information is no longer needed we delete or de-identify it.
Cookies and opting out
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of specific tools:

Opting out of personalised ads doesn't stop ads appearing, but they will be less tailored to you.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@d3ploy.org. We'll respond within 30 days. You can deal with us anonymously or using a pseudonym where it's practical to do so.
Complaints
If you think we've mishandled your personal information, email hello@d3ploy.org and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
